Terms of Service

The service

This site lets you share access to your marketing and website accounts with Matter Solutions, so we can review your position and deliver work we have discussed with you. Your page lists exactly what we are asking for; nothing on it obliges you to grant anything. Grant what you are comfortable with, when you are comfortable with it.

What we promise

• Review first. Access is used to review and report. We will not make edits to any website or account without your express written permission.
• 100% private. What you share is visible only to the selected Matter Solutions team members working with you, under the confidentiality described in our Privacy Policy.
• Named access. Where access is granted inside a platform, it is granted to our named team addresses, so you can always see exactly who has access and remove it yourself.
• Logged handling. Any viewing of login details you share is individually logged.

What we ask of you

• Only grant access you are authorised to grant. If an account belongs to your business, make sure you are the right person (or have the owner's approval) to share it.
• Keep your access link private. Anyone with the link can see what we asked for and submit access, so treat it like a private document. If a link may have been exposed, tell us and we will replace it.
• Give us accurate details, and tell us about anything unusual (two-factor prompts, security plugins, IT approval processes) so we can work with them rather than around them.

Revoking access

You can revoke anything at any time: remove our team addresses in each platform's user settings, revoke the app at myaccount.google.com/permissions, change a shared password, or ask us to delete your page and stored details. Revoking access may limit work that depends on it; we will tell you if that happens.

Liability

We take the security of this service seriously and describe our safeguards in the Privacy Policy. To the extent permitted by law, Matter Solutions is not liable for loss arising from access you granted to platforms we do not operate, from your sharing of the private link, or from acts of the platform providers themselves. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

General
